A: We have 1-2QC in each product line, 3-5 QC manager are checking the whole factory everyday. During the production process, we will focus on test Tensile strength, Tear strength, Adhesion and etc.. Once any problem, we will stop and adjust product method. The stable quality will help you to get more market and make the market is stable too. 

 

Q3: When can you deliver? 

A: Normally in 30-45 days. If you need faster delivery,we can try to work the rush order. 

 

Q4: Do you provide samples?any costs? 

A: Yes, custom samples will come with a cost,but A4 size or within 1x1 meters sample is free. 

 

Q5: Can your factory print my logo on the goods?

 A: Yes, we can print the company logo on the goods and the packing box. We can produce goods based on customer's samples and detail information design.

Q7: What are the regular production lead time and expedited production lead time after placing an order for the products?

A: The regular production lead time for standard products is approximately 30 days; for customized products (such as those with special sizes, logo printing, or flame-retardant modification), it takes 35 days.

 

Q8: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) you can accept? Will small-batch purchases affect the price and delivery lead time?

A: The MOQ for finished products (such as collapsible water tanks and inflatable air tents) is 1 unit. The price for small-batch purchases will be slightly higher than that for large-batch purchases (specific details are subject to the quotation sheet), but the delivery lead time remains the same as that for large-batch purchases and will not be extended additionally.
